A Year

What's in a year.  Have you every wondered what's in a year?  What's in a month? What's in a day? What's in an hour? What's in a second. 
All can change in a second.  We are not the same now as we were a second ago.  Life is always changing, moving, advancing.  Time does not stop.  How does one stop to enjoy the seconds, so they are not lost?
